What is a Compound Noun?
A Compound Noun is a noun made up of two or more words working together as a single unit to name a person, place, or thing. Compound Nouns are often made up of two nouns or an adjective and a noun.
Sometimes they are made of an adverb and a noun, a preposition and a noun, or a verb and a noun too.
