What are Nominalized Nouns?
Nominalized Nouns are nouns formed out of action verbs or adjectives.
Verbs to Nouns
example:
There is the action verb "create".
To make this into a noun, it is turned into "creation".
We removed the "e" in create and replaced it with "-ion". It applies to many action verbs that end in "-e". Others are added "-ship" and "-ment".

abandon - abandonment
abolish - abolition
abort - abortion
cultivate - cultivation
