The same as pronouns, adjectives have interrogatives too. And the same with demonstrative adjectives, what, which, whose, etc. can be identified as interrogative adjectives if they are put before the nouns they modify/describe. They are usually used for asking questions about something.
examples:
"Whose bag is this?"
"Which pair of shoes do you like?"
"Whose" and "which" here are interrogative adjectives because they are put before the nouns they modify/describe, "bag" and "pair of shoes".
